After I upgrade ios 9.3.1, my touch id on ipad air 2 not responding but diffiẻnt apps works normal. I have tried to RESET SETTING, HARD RESET, Force reset,... but nothing fix. I can't add new fingerprint or unlock my ipad. Please help me!!

Restore to factory defaults using iTunes
See if issue resolves
If it does - restore backup

i was restore and it doesn't work... have anything can fixed??
After a restore or reboot, fingerprint will not work. You need to use the passcode first then you can use the fingerprint again.
I set my passcode first after a restore or reboot .. but fingerprint don't work. I just go to Iservice wait them check and reply

Those are different processes
